2019-20 ALA SB BIG LEAP PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Big Leap Dance Course: 1 classes/week, 75 min. instruction time, 2019/20 Full Season runs Aug. 22 – May 2. Fall Semester 1 ($180) is Aug. 22 – December 14, and Spring Semester 2 ($180) is January 27 – May 2. *Costume fee of $45/Semester and Production fee of $30/Semester is separate from Tuition
Schedule: Mondays 3:15-4:30pm (Technique Class)
Location: Class will be instructed on the stage at ALA Signal Butte Elementary at the address of 22512 S. Signal Butte Rd., Queen Creek, AZ 85142. Students dress out after school in the bathrooms and an then head to the stage.
Requirements for ALA Signal Butte Big Leap Students:
- Attend Technique class. Semester Tuition is $180
- Costume Fee $45/Semester
- Production Fee $30/Semester
- Attend all Rehearsals and Performances other than excused absences.
Required performances include (Subject to Change):
End of Semester Technique Show, December 14 (Semester 1) May 2 (Semester 2)
- Required Dance Wear – Semester 2: Leotard or fitted fitness shirt, and fitted dance pants or shorts. Please keep modest; Tops must have a strap or sleeves, no midriff showing, and keep shorts at an appropriate length. No Jewelry, hair up out of the face. *Required for practice
Nude convertible tights (foot can be in the tights or out) *Required for Performance; girls only, Boys wear black fitness pants
A black and white pair of tennis shoes *Required for Performances
Please bring a water bottle *Required for practice and Performance
*We encourage students to stay in ALA Signal Butte Big Leap Course for the FULL YEAR to receive optimal benefits. If you intend to stay the full year, please sign up for the second semester as well as the first when you are able.
