Please practice the following stunts from the video: Shin Splints, Coat Hanger, Proposal Dip, and Momentum Flip.
*Always warm up before attempting stunts or lifts. Always have a spotter. Attempt and master on a soft surface or padded area before moving to a hard surface. Make sure you and your partner are both comfortable with the lift. Take them step by step slowly first, then attempt them full out. Use your plié (ballet term meaning: to bend), and bend your knees when preparing and landing.
